Role Description This full-time, on-site Gardener role is based in Abu Dhabi and focuses on maintaining attractive, healthy outdoor spaces. The Gardener will perform daily tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, mowing, and mulching to ensure gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas are well cared for. Responsibilities include monitoring plant health, applying fertilizers and pesticides as directed, and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage. The Gardener will assist with garden layout, seasonal planting plans, and small landscape improvements, while keeping work areas clean and equipment properly stored. Collaboration with supervisors and team members to follow safety standards, meet project timelines, and support special landscaping projects is also expected.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Gardening and Landscape Maintenance.Candidates should possess skills in Landscaping and Garden Design to support attractive and functional outdoor spaces.Candidates should possess skills in Irrigation, including basic system operation and routine checks.Candidates should have knowledge of plants suitable for the Abu Dhabi climate and basic soil and pest management.Candidates should demonstrate physical stamina, safe use of gardening tools and machinery, and attention to detail.Candidates should have prior experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping; vocational training or certification in horticulture is an advantage.Candidates should be able to follow instructions, work both independently and in a team, and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
