What you'll doSupport the development and drafting of new policies and legislation in line with local and international best practicesReview existing policies, identify gaps, and recommend improvementsTrack the implementation of policy initiatives against timelines, budgets, and targetsWork with government entities, consultants, and other stakeholders, and advise as neededWhat we're looking for3+ years of relevant experience in a consulting or advisory role, ideally with a consulting or project management firm serving government clientsHands-on experience in policy development, regulatory work, or legislative draftingGood understanding of the UAE regulatory framework; familiarity with Abu Dhabi Government laws and policies is a strong plusBachelor's degree in Law or a related field (preferred)Fluent Arabic and English, written and spokenStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlinesGenuine interest in improving social outcomes for families and communities
