Role Description This full-time, on-site Jewelry Sales Associate/Supervisor role at CSD BR is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and presenting jewelry pieces and collections in a professional and engaging manner. Daily responsibilities include managing sales transactions, handling cash and POS systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the sales floor and displays are clean, secure, and visually appealing. The Supervisor responsibilities include guiding and coaching team members, supporting scheduling and task assignment, and helping to meet sales targets and performance goals. The role also requires handling customer inquiries and concerns, providing after-sales support, and upholding company policies, security standards, and brand image.Qualifications Strong Communication skills to interact clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers and team members.Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to provide attentive support, handle inquiries, and build long-term client relationships.Customer Satisfaction focus to resolve issues promptly, manage expectations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.Retail Sales experience and skills to drive store revenue, support sales campaigns, and meet or exceed sales targets.Previous experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or fashion sales is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and handle delicate products with care.Basic numeracy and POS/cash-handling skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.Supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage, including coaching and performance support.Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in retail or sales is an asset.
