Director, Client Strategy & ExecutionDubai | Reports to the CEO | Travel across the GCC and Southeast AsiaAlkaffPartners is growing.We work with CEOs, founders and senior management teams across the Middle East and Southeast Asia on the priorities that matter most to their businesses and need senior ownership to get done.That can mean reshaping an operating model, strengthening governance, supporting growth, working through succession, preparing a business for capital, or driving a strategic initiative across functions. Our clients span financial services, technology, consumer and industrial businesses. These are live priorities with real commercial consequences.We do not hand over recommendations and step away. We work alongside management teams, bring structure to the problem, take ownership of defined workstreams and stay through to execution.AlkaffPartners has built a growing portfolio of mandates, and we are adding a Director to the team.The roleThe Director will lead substantial client workstreams, working directly with CEOs, founders, boards and senior management teams, and will help shape how the firm works as it grows.We are looking for someone who has built things, fixed things and taken difficult work through to completion. Someone who can walk into an unfamiliar business, understand how it works, identify what matters and create a practical way forward.The right person will have10+ years across strategy, corporate development, banking, investing, transformation or operating rolesAn MBA from a leading business schoolStrong commercial and financial judgementA record of building businesses, functions or new initiatives, and of owning outcomes rather than recommendationsCredibility leading complex, cross-functional work at CEO and board levelExperience in the GCC or Southeast Asia is an advantageThis role will suit someone who enjoys being given a difficult problem and being trusted to solve it.
