We support one another, make impactful contributions to the organization, and develop and nurture meaningful connections across the payment’s ecosystem!|About the roleAdminister, maintain and secure Al Etihad Payments' Windows server infrastructure, including Active Directory and patch management. The role ensures a stable, secure and compliant Windows environment that supports business and payment operations.|What You’ll Do:Windows Server AdministrationInstall, configure and maintain Windows Server environments across physical, virtual and cloud platforms.Manage core services such as DNS, DHCP, file services, IIS and failover clustering.Monitor server performance and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.Active Directory & Identity ServicesAdminister Active Directory, Group Policy, domain controllers and trusts.Manage user, group and service account lifecycles in line with access control policies.Support integration with Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO and MFA solutions.Patch & Configuration ManagementPlan and execute monthly patching using WSUS, SCCM/MECM or equivalent tools.Track patch compliance and remediate vulnerabilities identified by security scans.Maintain standard server builds and configuration baselines.Security, Compliance & DocumentationApply CIS and organizational hardening standards to Windows servers.Coordinate with Security on endpoint protection, PAM and audit logging.Maintain documentation and support PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and audits|Qualifications & Years of Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.5+ years of experience in Windows server administration in enterprise environments.Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Azure Administrator or MCSE.|Required Skills Expert Windows Server and Active Directory administration.Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and PKI integration.WSUS/SCCM patch management.PowerShell scripting and automation.VMware/Hyper-V virtualization.Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.|What you can expect from usModern work environment with level of flexibility;Dynamic and motivated team of colleagues working towards achieving UAE National Objectives;Competitive compensation package, including annual bonus and additional benefits like child educational allowance and annual flight tickets (where eligible);Comprehensive health insurance coverage;
