Company Description Linea Projects is a construction and project management firm that combines engineering rigor with hands-on execution in Dubai’s dynamic construction sector. The company is committed to delivering projects with discipline, focusing on the full lifecycle from engineering through procurement to final construction.Industry: Construction / ContractingLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 10,000/month (non negotiable & depending on final interview)Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates available within 2 weeks preferredRequirement:3–5+ years of relevant experience in the UAE.Experience in estimation, tendering, BOQ preparation, costing and quantity take-offs.Experience with a main contractor, subcontractor, or construction company in the UAE.Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, subcontractor pricing and market rates.Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs and tender documents.Strong negotiation, analytical and commercial skills.Please do not apply if you do not meet the above mandatory criteria.
