Key ResponsibilitiesReview drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements for estimation purposes.Prepare precast proposal from architectural drawingsPrepare project estimates, quantity take-offs, and material calculations based on drawings and specifications.Prepare BOQs, proposal sketches / drawings, and project requirements for estimation purposes.Preparing quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions.Coordinate with client, consultant.Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams for estimation requirements.Regular follow-up of quotes submitted to clients.Issue order information to stake holders and transfer data into system.Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil).3 to 5 years of experience in estimation within the precast industry.Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying.Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and Plan Swift.
