Join Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C.We are looking for a Digital Product Analyst to support the development and enhancement of Al Ramz’s digital platforms. This role will work closely with Product, IT, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and business teams to gather requirements, improve customer journeys, support testing, and ensure our digital solutions align with business and regulatory needs.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business and functional requirementTranslate business needs into user stories, workflows, and specificationSupport platform enhancements, customer experience improvements, and process optimisationPrepare and manage UAT scenarios, test cases, and defect trackingReview and validate Arabic and English content, user journeys, and platform communicationSupport Arabic localisation and ensure a seamless bilingual customer experienceCollaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams throughout development and release cycleAnalyse user feedback and recommend platform enhancementRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Products, FinTech, Banking, or related field.Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)Understanding of requirements gathering, UAT, digital platforms, and customer journeyStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillExperience with Agile, Jira, Scrum, or related tools is an advantageWhat We're Looking for?✔Strong attention to detail✔ Analytical mindset✔ Team player✔ Effective communicator✔ Organised and reliableInterested?
