Traders Hub is looking for a professional, welcoming, and highly organized Receptionist – Arabic Speaker to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a positive and professional experience for visitors, clients, and employees while supporting day-to-day administrative activities. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.Manage the reception area and ensure it is always presentable and organized.Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries.Receive and distribute correspondence, documents, and deliveries.Coordinate visitor access, meeting room bookings, and appointments.Assist in arranging meetings and welcoming external guests.Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and management team.Coordinate with building management, security, and service providers when required.Maintain visitor records and reception-related documentation.Support the Administration/HR team with daily office requirements and employee requests.Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.RequirementsFluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional, presentable, and customer-service oriented.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional corporate environment.Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.UAE experience is preferred.
