Role DescriptionWe are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically capable Architect to develop thoughtful and functional architectural solutions from concept through design development and project delivery. The role involves translating client requirements and project objectives into innovative designs while balancing aesthetics, functionality, technical requirements, sustainability, and regulatory considerations.Key responsibilities include:Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.Translate client requirements, project objectives, and design briefs into practical architectural solutions.Prepare design presentations, 3D models, visualizations, specifications, and project documentation.Coordinate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, electrical, interior, and other project disciplines.Review design requirements, materials, construction methods, and technical details to ensure design quality.Conduct site visits and assess existing conditions, project requirements, and potential design constraints.Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards.Contribute to design development, value engineering, sustainability initiatives, and continuous design improvement.Monitor project deliverables, design changes, documentation, and timelines to support smooth project execution.Stay informed about architectural trends, materials, technologies, sustainability practices, and industry developments.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.Strong understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, building systems, materials, and construction methods.Proficiency in relevant architectural and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.Strong conceptual, technical, visualization, and presentation skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate architectural documentation.Good understanding of building codes, regulations, planning principles, and technical standards.Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.Ability to balance creative design with functionality, constructability, budget, and project requirements.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple design tasks and priorities.Creative, proactive, adaptable, and committed to design quality and continuous improvement.
