About UsSD Supply & Design is a Dubai-based decoration, design and implementation company delivering high-end residential and hospitality fit-out projects across the UAE, from design development and material sourcing to site execution and handover.The RoleWe are hiring a full-time, in-house Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control on our fit-out, joinery and FF&E projects in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates from design drawingsPrice tenders and commercial proposals for fit-out and FF&E packagesObtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheetsTrack budgets, variations and cost-to-complete reportsPrepare interim valuations and payment applications, and certify subcontractor paymentsManage final accounts and support contract administrationRequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering; RICS is a plus5+ years of QS experience in UAE interior fit-out, joinery or luxury residential projectsStrong command of Excel and take-off software such as CostX or BluebeamKnowledge of FIDIC and standard subcontract termsHigh attention to detail with strong commercial and negotiation skillsUAE-basedPosition: Full-time, in-house | Location: Dubai, UAE
