We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the technology sector, fundraising, financial strategy, and complex financing transactions.The ideal candidate will work closely with founders and key stakeholders to drive financial performance, support business expansion, and lead fundraising initiatives.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Develop sophisticated financial models, business plans, valuations, and investment scenarios.Lead fundraising initiatives and engage with venture capital firms, private equity investors, and institutional funds, including US-based investors.Structure and negotiate large debt financing deals and manage relationships with lenders.Partner with founders and key stakeholders on strategic and commercial decisions.Oversee accounting, financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.Establish robust internal controls, financial governance, and risk management frameworks.Manage external auditors, including experience working with UK-based audit firms.Oversee finance systems, ideally with hands-on experience using Xero.Drive operational efficiency and financial governance as the business scales.✅ RequirementsQualified CA or ACCA is mandatory.Proven experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or in a senior finance leadership role within a technology, fintech, SaaS, or tech-enabled business.Demonstrable experience in fundraising, investor relations, and venture capital transactions.Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, forecasting, and financial analysis.Experience managing large debt transactions and complex financing arrangements.Strong understanding of financial controls, audit processes, and compliance frameworks.Experience with Xero and UK financial reporting or audit environments is preferred.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with founders, investors, and financial institutions.International exposure across markets such as the UK, US, or Singapore would be advantageous.🎯 The Ideal CandidateA commercially minded, CA/ACCA-qualified finance leader who combines strong financial fundamentals with fundraising expertise, investor engagement, and the ability to support an ambitious technology business through its next phase of growth.📩 Interested candidates: Please share your CV via direct message or apply with your updated profile.#Hiring #CFO #ChiefFinancialOfficer #AbuDhabiJobs #FinanceJobs #CA #ACCA #FinTech #Technology #Fundraising #VentureCapital #FinancialModelling #LeadershipJobs
