Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop accurate and detailed Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit Structure based on design drawings, specifications, and engineering requirements.Model structural elements including columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, foundations, retaining walls, cores, stairs, and other structural components.Work on high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and large-scale building projects.Interpret structural drawings, design information, sketches, specifications, and engineering documentation and translate them into coordinated BIM models.Prepare and maintain structural models in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modeling standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications.Coordinate structural models with Architectural, MEP, and other discipline models.Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection processes and assist in resolving identified clashes and design/modeling issues.Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with project standards.Generate structural plans, sections, elevations, schedules, details, and other required BIM documentation from the model.Incorporate design revisions and ensure that BIM models and associated drawings remain updated throughout the project lifecycle.Work closely with structural engineers, BIM coordinators, BIM managers, architects, and other project stakeholders.Support the preparation and submission of BIM deliverables at different project stages.Assist in model audits, quality checks, and ensuring compliance with established modeling conventions.Identify discrepancies between drawings, models, and design information and communicate issues to the relevant engineering team.Maintain proper model organization, naming conventions, worksets, families, parameters, and shared coordinates.Support project teams in achieving BIM coordination and delivery milestones within agreed timelines.Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail while working on complex structural models.Required Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Structural BIM Modeling.Strong experience working within a structural engineering or multidisciplinary consultancy environment.Proven experience on high-rise building projects is essential.Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit Structure.Good understanding of structural engineering principles and building construction methodologies.Experience in modeling RCC and structural systems for complex buildings.Strong understanding of structural drawings, reinforcement layouts, structural details, sections, and construction documentation.Experience with multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash resolution.UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred.Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
