Tailor – Fluent in Tagalog & EnglishWe are looking for a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Tailor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience in measuring, cutting, sewing, and working with different types of fabrics, with a strong focus on precision and quality.Responsibilities:- Measure, cut, sew, and prepare fabrics according to required specifications.- Work with different types of fabrics, including delicate, luxury, and decorative materials.- Perform accurate cutting and stitching to ensure clean and professional finishes.- Prepare fabrics for furniture upholstery, wallcoverings, curtains, and other interior applications.- Follow measurements, patterns, and instructions carefully.- Inspect fabrics for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before cutting.- Ensure straight, precise, and clean edges when cutting materials.- Operate and maintain sewing machines and other tailoring equipment.- Perform alterations, adjustments, and finishing work as required.- Assist with fabric preparation, folding, packing, and organizing materials.- Minimize fabric waste through accurate measuring and cutting.- Maintain a clean and organized working area.- Handle delicate and expensive materials carefully to prevent damage.- Support the team with other fabric-related tasks when required.Requirements:- Fluent in Tagalog and English.- Previous experience as a tailor, seamstress, or fabric cutter.- Excellent measuring, cutting, and sewing skills.- Strong attention to detail and precision.- Experience working with different fabric types and textures.- Ability to operate industrial sewing machines and cutting tools.- Ability to follow measurements and instructions accurately.- Good understanding of fabric handling and finishing techniques.- Patient and careful when working with delicate and premium materials.- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.- Experience in upholstery, curtains, wallcoverings, or interior decoration is an advantage.- Willingness to assist with other hands-on tasks when required.Job Details:Location: Abu DhabiJob Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Tailor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
