The firm supports organizations through every stage of growth, from launch to global expansion and complex legal challenges.The Director of Investor Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing communication between BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE and its current and potential investors. This role oversees the development and execution of investor relations strategies, including preparing investor presentations, press releases, and financial communication materials that clearly convey the firm’s performance, strategy, and market position. The Director will monitor financial and market trends, analyze firm and sector data, and provide insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with institutional and individual investors, organizing investor meetings and events, coordinating with finance and legal teams on disclosures, and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant information sharing. BLACKBULL is particularly interested in an established businessperson, entrepreneur, investor, finance professional, or corporate leader already operating in the UAE who can collaborate with the group and participate in building a substantial India–UAE investment and fundraising platform.PRIMARY MANDATE – FUNDRAISING IS MANDATORYThe principal responsibility of this position is raising and arranging investment.The selected Director must possess the relationships, commercial credibility, transaction experience, and execution capability required to identify potential sources of capital and convert suitable opportunities into structured investment discussions and completed transactions.Candidates who have general business-development experience but no practical fundraising capability or investor network are not suitable for this position.The Director will be expected to work with:- Family offices- High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors- Private investors- Investment companies- Private equity and private-credit funds- Banks and financial institutions- Corporate investment groups- Strategic investors- Institutional capital providers- Asset managers and fund managers- International business groups and financing partnersKEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Director will establish and manage senior-level relationships with investors, lenders, financial institutions, family offices, corporate groups, and other capital providers throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider UAE.A major responsibility will be introducing suitable investment opportunities to qualified capital providers and coordinating transactions from the initial relationship through commercial discussions, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, documentation and funding completion.The Director will also:- Develop and execute fundraising strategies for BLACKBULL and eligible projects represented through its platform.- Arrange equity investment, strategic investment, project finance, private credit and other legally permissible financing structures.- Personally participate in investor meetings, presentations and transaction negotiations.- Build a structured pipeline of investors and institutional funding relationships.- Evaluate investor requirements and match appropriate capital sources with suitable projects.- Coordinate with financial, legal, banking, tax and compliance professionals during transactions.- Support investment structuring, valuation discussions, financial modelling and commercial negotiations.- Develop long-term relationships rather than relying exclusively on one-time investor introductions.- Establish strategic collaborations between UAE investors and Indian businesses.- Support fundraising for larger corporate projects, acquisitions, financial platforms and expansion initiatives.- Assist management in developing international investment channels and institutional partnerships.FUND & INVESTMENT MANAGEMENTThe ideal candidate should understand both raising capital and managing investor relationships after capital deployment.The Director should therefore have practical knowledge of investment governance, portfolio monitoring, investor reporting, cash-flow assessment, risk management, capital allocation and financial controls.Where appropriate, the Director may participate in establishing SPVs, investment structures, escrow arrangements, governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms together with appropriately licensed legal, financial and regulatory professionals.The position requires someone capable of protecting long-term relationships between the company, project promoters and capital providers.BANKING & FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTStrong banking experience or established banking relationships will be highly valuable.The Director should understand corporate banking, project finance, credit assessment, security structures, asset-backed transactions, institutional lending, investment documentation and financial due diligence.BLACKBULL is particularly interested in professionals capable of building relationships between UAE capital providers and qualifying Indian companies and projects, subject to applicable UAE and Indian regulatory requirements.Experience dealing with Indian banks, NBFCs, financial institutions or international banking channels will be an additional advantage.STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP EXPECTATIONBLACKBULL is seeking more than a professional designation.The preferred candidate will be an existing UAE businessperson or established senior professional who sees commercial value in jointly developing a substantial investment and project-finance network.The selected individual should be willing to collaborate as a long-term strategic partner, contribute business relationships and market knowledge, participate in investor development, and represent BLACKBULL professionally within the UAE business community.Potential partnership or equity participation may be discussed separately based on re
