Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Structural Lead / Building Inspector to oversee structural engineering activities, building inspections, and construction quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of structural systems, construction standards, and building safety requirements to ensure projects meet quality and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise structural engineering works and building inspection activities.Conduct site inspections to assess structural integrity and construction quality.Review structural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Identify construction defects, structural issues, and potential safety risks.Ensure compliance with building codes, engineering standards, and regulations.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams.Prepare inspection reports and recommend corrective actions.Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved plans.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.Relevant experience in structural engineering, building inspection, or construction supervision.Good knowledge of structural systems, construction materials, and building codes.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Strong inspection, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.High attention to detail and commitment to construction quality and safety.
