HaZal Strategy Partners helps clients not only manage numbers, but also articulate their business story to stakeholders.Role DescriptionHaZal Strategy Partners is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Instagram & YouTube Posting Assistant to manage the publishing of content on our Instagram & YouTube account.This is a simple execution-focused role. All content and instructions will be prepared and provided by our internal team. Your responsibility is to ensure the content is posted correctly and consistently at the required time.Key Responsibilities• Publish Instagram & Youtube posts provided by the HaZal team.• Post content according to the agreed schedule.• Follow all posting instructions accurately.• Ensure the correct content is published on the correct date and time.• Confirm successful publication after posting.• Maintain consistent daily posting and communicate promptly if any issue occurs.What We Provide• All photos, videos, Reels and other content.• Captions and posting instructions.• Content schedule.• Any required hashtags, tags, locations or other details.What You Will NOT Be Responsible ForThis position does not involve:• Content creation• Graphic design• Video editing• Copywriting• Social media strategy• Content planning• Hashtag research• Community management• Responding to comments or messages• Paid advertising• Social media analyticsRequirements• Speak Arabic Native & Reachable.• Previous experience using and managing Instagram & YouTube accounts.• Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone.• Excellent attention to detail.• Reliable and punctual.• Ability to consistently post at agreed scheduled.• Ability to follow instructions accurately.• Good communication and responsiveness.• Previous experience posting for a business or professional account is preferred.
