We are looking for a Junior Estimator with a understanding of sheet metal fabrication, engineering drawings, and costing. Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.Location: Ajman, UAESalary: AED 4,000 - 5,000 per monthEmployment Type: Full-Time, OnsiteCompany Details Our client is a manufacturing company specializing in sheet metal fabrication and related production services in the UAE.Key Responsibilities Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and customer requirements.Prepare material quantity and cost estimates.Estimate fabrication costs for laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, welding, assembly, and finishing.Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor prices.Assist in preparing quotations and costing sheets.Coordinate with production, procurement, engineering, and sales teams.Maintain quotation records, costing data, and updated material prices.Support comparison of estimated costs against actual job costs.Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and materials such as MS, GI, stainless steel, and aluminium.Ability to read engineering and fabrication drawings.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic costing calculations.AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.Immediate availability preferred.
