Position: Head of Dealing Desk– FX/CFD BrokerageLocation: UAE, Cyprus (preferred) / GlobalWork Model: Hybrid / RemoteEmployment type: Full-timeRESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute the company's overall risk management strategyOversee market, liquidity, operational and counterparty risk across all trading activitiesManage A-Book, B-Book and Hybrid execution models to optimise profitability and risk exposureMonitor client flow, toxic trading behaviour and trading performanceDesign and implement hedging strategies with liquidity providersDefine exposure limits, leverage policies and risk controls across all trading instrumentsProduce daily, weekly and monthly executive risk reportsLead risk assessment during major market events, high volatility and crisis situationsCollaborate closely with the Dealing, Compliance, Finance and Executive Management teamsBuild and mentor a high-performing risk management teamREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage risk managementStrong understanding of A-Book/B-Book models and exposure managementHands-on experience with MT5 Manager, PrimeXM, Centroid, oneZero or similar trading infrastructureDeep knowledge of hedging, liquidity management and institutional trading operationsStrong analytical and decision-making skills under pressureExcellent leadership and communication skillsAdvantagesExperience managing global brokerage operationsKnowledge of FIX API connectivity and liquidity aggregationExperience working with multiple liquidity providers and institutional counterpartiesBased in DubaiOFFER:Competitive base salaryFlexible location, with Dubai preferred and hybrid or remote working availableSenior leadership position with ownership of the global risk frameworkOpportunity to build and lead a risk management team
