About CompanyDDSC is a dirham-backed stablecoin founded by IHC, Sirius International Holding, and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), supporting the next generation of regulated digital finance. Approved by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), DDSC focuses on enabling secure and efficient digital payments, settlement, treasury operations and other institutional financial use cases. Joining DDSC means working at the intersection of financial services, digital assets, technology and regulation within a fast-growing and highly dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities• Manage customer and institutional partner enquiries, complaints, and escalations• Handle transaction and operational support requests.• Ensure timely and accurate resolution within agreed SLAs.• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Product teams.• Maintain accurate case documentation and support process improvements.• Assist with mentoring junior team members and high-priority casesKey Requirements• 6+ years’ experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Client Services.• Experience in banking, fintech, payments, digital assets, Crypto exchanges, or a regulated environment preferred.• Experience working with CRM, ticketing, or customer support platforms such as Zoho Desk, Zendesk, or similar systems.• Strong complaint handling, case management, escalation, and SLA management skills.• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.• Arabic language skills are an advantage.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Banking, Communications, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
