The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that projects meet functional, aesthetic, technical, and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate should possess strong design capabilities, an understanding of construction processes, and the ability to transform client requirements into practical, innovative, and sustainable architectural solutions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to projects from initial concept development through design coordination and construction completion.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, specifications, and construction documentation.Translate client requirements, project briefs, and design objectives into functional and visually appealing architectural solutions.Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.Review design proposals to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, planning regulations, accessibility requirements, and safety standards.Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, presentations, and design documentation using relevant architectural software.Participate in client meetings, design presentations, project reviews, and technical discussions.Evaluate materials, finishes, building systems, and construction methods to support design quality and project feasibility.Assist with project planning, design development, cost considerations, and construction coordination.Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation to ensure consistency with approved designs.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and identify potential design or technical issues.Resolve design discrepancies and coordinate revisions when project requirements or site conditions change.Maintain accurate project records, drawing revisions, specifications, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Support sustainable design initiatives by considering energy efficiency, material performance, environmental impact, and long-term building functionality.Manage multiple design tasks while maintaining quality, accuracy, and agreed project deadlines.Contribute to internal design reviews, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.✅ RequirementsA degree in Architecture or an equivalent recognized qualification.Relevant professional experience in architectural design, building projects, or architectural consultancy.Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, building materials, and design development.Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Archicad, or comparable tools.Ability to prepare accurate technical drawings, design documentation, and architectural presentations.Knowledge of relevant building codes, planning regulations, and construction standards.Strong visual communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.Ability to manage deadlines, coordinate design revisions, and handle competing project priorities.Commitment to design quality, professional standards, and continuous learning.🌟 Preferred QualificationsProfessional registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant architectural authority, where required.Experience working on projects through concept design, design development, technical documentation, and construction stages.Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM), 3D visualization, and collaborative design workflows.Knowledge of sustainable architecture, energy-efficient building design, and environmentally responsible materials.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and resolving technical design challenges.A portfolio demonstrating architectural creativity, technical competence, and completed or proposed projects.📩 How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit an updated CV and an architectural portfolio showcasing relevant design projects, technical drawings, and professional achievements.Please indicate “Architect” in your application message and include details of your relevant qualifications, software proficiency, and project experience.We welcome creative and motivated professionals who are passionate about architecture, innovation, functional design, and delivering high-quality built environments.
