Recruitment of local staff in cooperation with management including advertising, planning of recruitment and writing of contracts.Termination of contracts in cooperation with management.Ensure consistency in connection with warnings and dismissals, in coordination with the management.Ensure relevant training is available to staff.Ensure that all new members of staff are given a thorough induction to the company.Responsible for HR and time and attendance system, including operational issues and maintenance of staff data.Advise management group in staff related matters.Responsible for maintaining and updating staff handbook.Preparation of monthly salary pay-out for all staff.On a monthly basis comment salary costs, explaining deviations compared to previous month.Implement HR project in alignment with the management.Participation in ad hoc projects.Build loyalty and trust from staff.Ensure high level of information to staff concerning staff related issues.Visa applications, immigration matters, labor office matters.All office related admin matter.
