Key Responsibilities:Prepare quantity take-offs and measurements from construction drawings.Assist in the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.Support project cost control, budgeting, and commercial reporting.Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist with procurement activities.Prepare and assess variations, payment applications, and subcontractor valuations.Maintain project records, cost reports, and commercial documentation.Coordinate with site, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.Requirements: ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. ✅ 1-3 years of Quantity Surveying experience within a Main Contractor or Construction company. ✅ Good understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation. ✅ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. ✅ Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying practices. ✅ Knowledge of variations, subcontractor payments, and cost control procedures. ✅ UAE/GCC construction experience is an advantage. ✅ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
