Property Valuer – Dubai, UAEMandatory Requirement: Candidates must be MRICS qualified, with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant property valuation experience in Dubai/UAE. RERA/Dubai valuation certification is also required.Role DescriptionWe are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a full-time, on-site Property Valuer position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed real estate appraisals and valuations across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, mixed-use properties, land and buildings, in accordance with local and international valuation standards, including RICS Red Book and International Valuation Standards (IVS).Key responsibilities include conducting property inspections, analysing market evidence and comparable transactions, reviewing legal and planning documentation, and preparing comprehensive valuation reports and financial analyses.The role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants and other real estate professionals, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, regulatory requirements and valuation methodologies.Qualifications & ExperienceMandatory: MRICS qualified (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).Mandatory: Minimum 3–5 years of practical property valuation experience in Dubai/UAE.Mandatory: RERA/Dubai valuation certification.Preferably experience with a Big Four firm, international property consultancy or established real estate advisory company.Demonstrated valuation experience across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, mixed-use properties, land and buildings.Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market dynamics, comparable transactions, rental evidence and property valuation methodologies.Proficiency in valuation approaches, including the market, income and cost approaches, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis and development residual valuation.Familiarity with RICS Red Book, International Valuation Standards (IVS) and applicable UAE valuation regulations.Strong analytical, quantitative and financial modelling capabilities, including proficiency in Excel.Excellent English report-writing and communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional valuation reports for institutional, corporate and private-sector clients.Relevant academic qualification in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Surveying or a related discipline.Ability to independently manage multiple valuation assignments, meet deadlines and maintain high professional standards.How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the mandatory MRICS qualification and UAE valuation experience requirements are invited to send their CV via LinkedIn Direct Message (DM).Please note: Applications from candidates who do not meet the mandatory MRICS and UAE valuation experience requirements will not be considered.
