Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed Interior Design BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, and interior documentation.Translate design concepts, drawings, and specifications into accurate BIM models.Develop interior elements including walls, ceilings, floors, doors, furniture, joinery, finishes, and other architectural/interior components.Coordinate BIM models with Architecture, Structure, MEP, and other disciplines.Identify and resolve design and modelling clashes in coordination with relevant disciplines.Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project teams with model-related requirements.Produce high-quality construction documentation and detailed drawings from BIM models.Create and maintain Revit families and ensure model components comply with project standards.Follow BIM Execution Plans, project BIM standards, naming conventions, and information requirements.Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.Review models and drawings for quality, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, BIM Coordinators, and Project Managers.Support the preparation of design presentations, tender documentation, and construction packages where required.Assist in improving BIM workflows, modelling standards, and project delivery processes.Requirements8+ years of experience in Interior Design BIM modelling, preferably within a design consultancy or architectural consultancy environment.Strong experience working on commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, or high-end interior projects.Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.Strong understanding of Interior Design documentation and BIM workflows.Experience with multidisciplinary BIM coordination.Good knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection/coordination workflows.Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant design/BIM software.Ability to interpret design drawings, specifications, and consultant requirements.Strong understanding of BIM standards, modelling practices, and documentation requirements.UAE/GCC consultancy experience is highly preferred.Ability to work independently and manage modelling deliverables within project deadlines.Preferred SkillsExperience working on large-scale consultancy projects.Knowledge of Revit family creation and modification.Understanding of BIM LOD requirements and model development.Experience coordinating with international consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify design/model discrepancies.Good communication and coordination skills.
