Marjan Medical Center is committed to ongoing growth and innovation to meet the evolving healthcare needs of the Al Ain community.Role Description The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals and families across all ages, focusing on preventive care, acute and chronic disease management, and patient education. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing appropriate treatments, and coordinating care with other medical specialties as needed. The physician will maintain accurate medical records, follow evidence-based clinical guidelines, and ensure high standards of patient safety and quality of care. Participation in community health initiatives, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and contribution to continuous improvement of clinical services are expected. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Marjan Medical Center in Al Ain, UAE.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Family Medicine and Primary Care, providing comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages.Clinical proficiency in Medicine and Urgent Care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a broad range of conditions.Experience and interest in Community Health, with a commitment to preventive care and population health initiatives.Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency or equivalent training.Valid professional license or eligibility for licensure to practice as a Family Medicine Physician in the UAE.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and build trust with patients and families.Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to clinical quality and safety standards.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
