Inspired by the elegance of Oia in Santorini, the agency aims to deliver sophisticated, comfortable, and high-value property experiences from first consultation through closing.Role Description The Messenger role at Oia Properties is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates. The Messenger will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering documents, small packages, and other materials between company offices, clients, and business partners. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of deliveries, obtaining required signatures, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive materials. The role also involves assisting with basic office errands, supporting administrative staff, and coordinating schedules to meet time-sensitive delivery requests. The Messenger is expected to present a professional image, follow company procedures, and provide courteous service to internal teams and external stakeholders.Qualifications Strong organizational, time management, and basic record-keeping skills to handle multiple deliveries and tasks efficiently.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and partners.Good knowledge of local routes and areas within the UAE, with the ability to navigate efficiently and adapt to changing schedules.Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling documents and sensitive information.Physical ability to perform routine messenger duties, including walking and carrying light packages over the course of the workday.Previous experience in a messenger, courier, or similar support role is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or office administration is beneficial.Valid UAE residency and, where applicable, a valid driver’s license meeting local regulatory requirements.
