⚙️ We’re Hiring: Semiconductor Process Engineer🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Junior to Mid-LevelWe are looking for a skilled, analytical, and detail-oriented Semiconductor Process Engineer to join our engineering team! The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing technologies, wafer fabrication processes, and process optimization. You will be responsible for monitoring and improving semiconductor production processes, troubleshooting technical issues, enhancing product yield, and ensuring manufacturing operations meet quality, reliability, and efficiency standards.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, monitor, and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency, product quality, and yield performance.Support the development, qualification, and implementation of new semiconductor processes and technologies.Monitor critical process parameters and ensure manufacturing operations comply with established specifications.Analyze production data to identify process variations, defects, and opportunities for improvement.Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate with equipment, production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.Conduct engineering experiments, process evaluations, and validation activities to improve process stability.Apply statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis to identify and eliminate process-related problems.Support new product introduction (NPI), process qualification, and engineering trial activities.Prepare and maintain process specifications, standard operating procedures, technical reports, and engineering documentation.Monitor defect rates, production yield, and process performance to ensure continuous improvement.Evaluate new materials, equipment, and manufacturing technologies for potential process enhancements.Ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures.Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, defect prevention, and productivity enhancement.✅ RequirementsBachelor's degree in Semiconductor Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering is preferred.Good understanding of semiconductor fabrication, wafer processing, assembly, or packaging technologies.Familiarity with processes such as photolithography, etching, deposition, diffusion, ion implantation, or wafer inspection is an advantage.Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), failure analysis, and root cause analysis.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with statistical software is an advantage.Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and process documentation.Good communication and teamwork skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to manufacturing quality and continuous improvement.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.🌟 What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and technical training.Exposure to advanced semiconductor manufacturing technologies.Opportunities to participate in process development and engineering improvement projects.A supportive and collaborative engineering environment.Career advancement opportunities within the semiconductor industry.The opportunity to contribute to innovative technologies and high-quality semiconductor products.📩 Interested in Joining Our Team?If you are passionate about semiconductor technology, manufacturing innovation, and process optimization, we would love to hear from you!
