Our own global field teams film and report from manufacturers, companies and facilities where robots are being developed, tested and deployed, as well as major robotics events around the world. Wherever robotics is happening, we aim to be there — producing original content directly from the source.Robot24.com officially went live one week ago. Our global field teams, editorial structure and content production infrastructure are already in place. Now we are looking for the person who can turn that content engine into a massive global audience.Our ambition is to build the world’s leading media brand for robotics.We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager to build collaborations with leading technology, robotics and innovation creators globally.Responsibilities* Identify and secure collaborations with leading tech, robotics and innovation influencers* Leverage an existing network of influencers, creators, talent managers and agencies* Personally approach creators and pitch Robot24 collaboration opportunities* Negotiate rates, deliverables and commercial terms* Convince creators to feature, share and collaborate with Robot24* Manage the full partnership process from first outreach and negotiation to campaign execution and posting* Build long-term relationships with high-value creators* Continuously expand Robot24’s global creator networkRequirements* 5+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or talent management* A strong existing influencer and creator network is required* Proven track record of personally sourcing, negotiating and closing influencer partnerships* Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills* Highly charismatic, confident and charming communicator, particularly over the phone* Strong commercial instinct and ability to close deals* Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube* Experience working with technology, robotics or innovation creators is highly preferred* Fluent English* Must be based in Dubai and work on-site
