Head of Legal | Dubai, UAEWhat This Role Is AboutOur client, a leading Outsourcing & Offshoring Consulting firm, is looking for a Head of Legal, based in Dubai, to lead its legal function and provide strategic guidance across its regional operations.The role will oversee legal matters across the business, advising senior leadership on commercial decisions and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will manage complex commercial and corporate contracts while guiding the business on labour and employment matters across the GCC.This is a senior leadership position requiring extensive legal experience, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit15+ years of legal experience, with significant senior-level or in-house exposureDemonstrated expertise in GCC labour and employment lawsStrong knowledge of commercial and corporate contract lawIn-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks across the UAE, KSA, and other GCC countriesExperience managing complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictionsAbility to advise senior leadership on legal risks and commercial decisionsStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide practical legal guidanceExperience in outsourcing, offshoring, or business services is preferredMust be based in Dubai or willing to relocateThis is an opportunity to lead the legal function of an established outsourcing and offshoring business, advise on key business decisions, and support its continued regional growth.
