Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.Provide strategic financial insights on revenue, EBITDA, margins, cash flow, working capital, and business performance.Partner with senior leadership on business strategy, growth initiatives, and commercial decision-making.Develop financial models and business cases for investments, expansion, and strategic initiatives.Drive FP&A and establish robust financial performance-management frameworks.Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement.Oversee cash-flow management, treasury, banking relationships, and working capital.Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, policies, and risk-management frameworks.Ensure statutory reporting, audit, tax, and regulatory compliance.Support investment evaluation, due diligence, restructuring, M&A, or strategic partnerships where applicable.Drive finance transformation, ERP optimization, automation, reporting, and analytics.Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team.Provide clear and commercially focused financial recommendations to senior management.Candidate Requirements15+ years of progressive Finance experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.Current or previous experience as Head of Finance, Finance Director, Financial Controller, Deputy CFO, or equivalent.Qualified CA / ACCA / CPA – mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.MBA / Executive MBA from a reputed institution will be an advantage.Experience managing multi-entity, multi-site, or multi-brand operations.Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls, and commercial finance.Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership / C-suite stakeholders.Exposure to business transformation, investment evaluation, corporate restructuring, or M&A preferred.Strong understanding of UAE financial, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.Excellent commercial acumen, analytical capability, and executive communication skills.Strong leadership capability with the ability to build and develop high-performing finance teams.Key SkillsHead of Finance | Finance Leadership | Financial Planning & Analysis | FP&A | Financial Strategy | Budgeting | Forecasting | Management Reporting | Commercial Finance | Business Partnering | P&L Management | Cash Flow Management | Working Capital | Treasury | Financial Controls | Corporate Finance | Investment Analysis | Financial Modelling | M&A | Due Diligence | Business Transformation | Finance Transformation | ERP | Financial Governance | Risk Management | Internal Controls | Tax Compliance | Audit | EBITDA | Cost Optimization | Strategic Planning | Multi-Entity Finance | Team Leadership | Stakeholder Management | CA | ACCA | CPA
