Commercial Retail Leasing Manager Dubai, UAEWe are hiring an experienced Commercial Retail Leasing Professional to drive leasing strategies, attract leading retail and F&B brands, and maximize occupancy across premium retail destinations in the UAE.We are looking for commercially driven candidates with strong negotiation skills, established relationships with local and international brands, and a proven track record of closing successful leasing transactions.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field5-6 years of retail leasing experience in the UAEStrong network within retail, F&B, and lifestyle brandsExperience negotiating and closing leasing dealsExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsStrong understanding of UAE retail market trendsExperience with leading developers, shopping malls, mixed-use developments, or retail destinations is highly preferredProven ability to attract and retain high-profile brands and operatorsCandidates from real estate developers, mall operators, retail destinations, and commercial property companies are encouraged to apply.
