About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support surveying and setting-out activities for large civil engineering and airport infrastructure projects in Dubai.The role is suited to a survey professional with hands-on experience operating Total Station and GNSS equipment, field setting-out, data collection, pile foundation surveying, coordinate calculations, and site control point management.Role SummaryThe Land Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out construction surveying, field setting-out, pile foundation surveys, coordinate calculations, and survey data recording in accordance with project specifications and required tolerances.The ideal candidate should be able to read construction drawings, use AutoCAD for survey-related work, prepare survey inspection reports, and coordinate with consultants and site teams in basic English.Key Responsibilities* Operate Total Station, GNSS receivers, and other survey equipment for field setting-out and data collection.* Carry out pile foundation surveying, including casing positioning, verticality checking, and offset inspection as per project specifications.* Perform coordinate calculations and maintain site control points, benchmarks, levels, and coordinates.* Conduct field setting-out and dimensional checks for construction activities.* Read and interpret construction drawings and carry out survey-related drawing work using AutoCAD.* Maintain accurate daily survey records, measurements, and field data.* Check construction works against specified survey tolerances and project requirements.* Prepare survey inspection reports and other required survey documentation.* Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and construction teams regarding survey requirements.* Ensure all surveying activities are carried out accurately and in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.Required Skills & Qualifications* Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.* 3–5 years of relevant construction/infrastructure surveying experience.* Proficient in operating Total Station, GNSS receiver, and other survey equipment.* Hands-on experience in field setting-out and survey data collection.* Experience in pile foundation surveying, including casing positioning, verticality checks, and offset inspections.* Strong ability in coordinate calculation and site control point management.* Ability to read construction drawings and use AutoCAD for survey-related work.* Knowledge of construction survey tolerance standards and survey inspection procedures.* Ability to prepare survey inspection reports and daily survey records.* Basic English communication skills for daily coordination with consultants and site teams.* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and site coordination skills.NoteExperience in large civil engineering, airport infrastructure, rail, or major construction projects will be preferred.Location / Work TypeFull-time role based in Dubai, UAE, supporting surveying activities for major construction and infrastructure projects.Why JoinThis is an opportunity to work in a large-scale engineering and infrastructure environment, supporting critical surveying and setting-out activities across major construction works.The selected candidate will gain exposure to airport infrastructure, pile foundation surveying, construction setting-out, advanced survey equipment, and multidisciplinary site coordination.Apply NowIf you are an experienced Land Surveyor with strong hands-on experience in Total Station, GNSS, pile foundation surveying, setting-out, coordinate calculations, and AutoCAD, we invite you to apply and contribute to the successful delivery of major projects in Dubai.
