Job Title: Senior RollerLocation: UAE Industry: Steel Manufacturing Experience: Minimum 8 yearsJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior Roller with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Roller Operator in a long product rolling mill.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor high-speed block mill operations.Change passes, rings, and guides according to the required rolling size.Inspect finished coils to ensure product quality and weight tolerances.Troubleshoot rolling mill issues and assist in clearing cobbles.Guide team members and support shift operations.Maintain workplace cleanliness and strictly follow health, safety, and quality standards.Act as Shift Supervisor in the absence of the regular supervisor.Requirements:Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in a long product rolling mill.Experience in high-speed block mill operations is preferred.Knowledge of roll pass design, precision measuring instruments, and finished product quality standards.
