About ACQUAINTECHACQUAINTECH IT Solutions is a Dubai-based technology firm specialising in enterprise architecture. We help organisations set up and run their enterprise architecture practice: framework and governance, EA platform implementation, architecture repository build-out and ongoing managed services.The roleWe are hiring a Lead Enterprise Architect to run the day-to-day enterprise architecture practice: methods, standards, the architecture repository and the domain architects who contribute to it.What you will doDefine the EA framework, metamodel, principles and standards, and keep them in useCoordinate the domain architects across business, application, data, technology and securityPrepare and present the Architecture Review Board agenda, packs and decisionsOversee the EA platform set-up and the quality of repository contentCoach in-house staff so the practice can run independently over timeWhat you bring10+ years in enterprise architectureTOGAF 9.2 or later certification (required)Deep experience with ArchiMate modelling and architecture governanceExperience standing up an EA practice or repository in a large organisationComfortable presenting to senior decision-makersExcellent English; Arabic is an advantageLocation: Dubai, UAE.
