My client, a leading Mission Critical Design consultancy, are looking to identify Principal Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience in Data Center design to join the team based out of Abu Dhabi to focus on Data Design projects, including a 200MW Data Center expansion over the next 2 years for a leading operator. This is an exciting role offering opportunities to lead the design on a high profile AI Hyperscale data center expansion. The role will be responsible for leading the development, coordination and delivery of mechanical engineering designs for data center projects, ensuring resilience, energy efficiency, scalability and operational reliability. In addition to leading design activities, the role will be responsible for an established team of mechanical design engineer, providing guidance and leadership whilst managing client engagements across a portfolio of design projects. Suitable candidates will have:10 years+ experience in Mechanical Design Engineering5 years+ experience in Data Center design5 years design consulting experienceStrong client / stakeholder management skillsBSc Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)CDCP certified (not essential)
