Applicants joining Mortgage Pro will be part of a customer-centered organization committed to making home ownership easier and more transparent.Role Description The Mortgage Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The individual in this role will advise clients on suitable mortgage products, explain financing options, and guide them through application and approval processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial profiles, preparing and reviewing mortgage documentation, coordinating with banks and other financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The Mortgage Consultant will also respond to client inquiries, maintain accurate records, and support clients from initial consultation through to closing, delivering consistent, high-quality service.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, including local UAE market practices and regulatory frameworks.Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Mortgage Lending to assess client eligibility, structure appropriate loan solutions, and interpret financial documents.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and provide clear, empathetic communication at every stage.Relevant experience as a mortgage advisor, loan officer, or in a related financial services role is highly beneficial.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, collaborate with team members, and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills and prior UAE banking or real estate experience are an advantage.
