ChiropractorJoint Space Polyclinic, Alserkal Avenue, DubaiFull timeAbout Joint SpaceOur team is expanding, and we are looking for another chiropractor to join our clinical team at Joint Space Polyclinic in Alserkal Avenue.Joint Space is a multidisciplinary clinic built on five pillars: clinical and medical care, recovery, movement, education and community. We have developed a unique patient journey whereby people seeking care can enter through any one of these five pillars and continue their journey through Joint Space from there. We are in Alserkal Avenue as we have always believed that the way a place feels is part of the care.How we workOur practitioners work as one team. Care at Joint Space is integrated, patient centric and focused on the whole patient journey, and chiropractic is an integrated part of that journey. Our chiropractors share patients with our physiotherapists, osteopaths, medical practitioners and movement coaches, so a patient who starts with chiropractic care can move on into rehabilitation, movement, recovery and education with people who already know their story. Clinical standards and direction are held by our Clinical Director.We see a wide variety of patients, from desk workers, parents and older patients to patients in pregnancy, children, runners and active people, and most of them come to us wanting to feel well and move well in their daily lives.Our chiropractors currently work with: Diversified and Thompson adjusting techniques Webster Technique for pregnancy care Paediatric chiropractic Dry needling Instrument assisted soft tissue work, including Graston Lifestyle coaching as part of the plan of care What we expect from you A Doctor of Chiropractic from an accredited programme, DHA licensed or DHA eligible to practise in Dubai Solid post qualification clinical experience, with a confident and varied adjusting skill set An understanding of the importance of soft tissue work and rehabilitative exercise alongside adjustment, so patients leave with something they can do for themselves A clear plan of care for each patient that follows the Joint Space patient journey, drawing on our wider services such as movement, recovery and education, with progress reviews built in so patients understand where they are and what comes next An approach that sees the person as one connected system, with lifestyle as a real part of their care Shared care with the wider team, referring across disciplines when it serves the patient Contribution to our workshops, education and community events What Joint Space offers you A clinic built around movement, with a gym, a movement space and a full recovery space (sauna, cold bath, hyperbaric, red light and PEMF) to use as part of your patients’ care An established chiropractic team, with colleagues across osteopathy, physiotherapy and functional medicine who share patients and talk to each other A patient base that approaches its health proactively The autonomy to build your practice within our ecosystem Opportunities to teach and keep developing through our workshops and our education platform RequirementsWho we’re looking forWe are looking for a chiropractor who enjoys the diversity of what Joint Space has to offer, from the variety of patients to the range of disciplines working alongside them, and who wants to work in an integrated environment where care is shared across a team.
