We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist to join a leading educational entity within the Abu Dhabi Government.The successful candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities and work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality talent across different functions.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy initiation through offer and onboarding.Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.Screen applications and conduct initial interviews and assessments.Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.Ensure recruitment activities are completed efficiently and in line with approved policies and procedures.Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate records.Support workforce planning and recruitment planning activities.Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.Good understanding of recruitment processes and workforce requirements.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience within government, education, or a similar environment would be an advantage.Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.📍 Location: Abu DhabiInterested candidates are invited to apply or share their CV via LinkedIn.
