Responsibilities:- Drive the development and delivery of regulatory data products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, and operations, to create robust product roadmaps.- Define product features and requirements based on stakeholder inputs and regulatory guidelines.- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement.- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product updates and issues.- Ensure that product documentation, user guides, and training materials are accurate and up to date.- Lead and facilitate product presentations and demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform future strategies and improvements.Requirements:- Over 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on data products and regulatory standards.- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and how they impact product development.- Proven track record of managing complex projects and products from concept to launch.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer needs and business goals.- Experience with data management tools and systems, and familiarity with data privacy and protection laws.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools.- Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent certification preferred.- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.- Experience in a regulatory, financial, or health sector is highly desirable.Additional Skills:- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.- Customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and drive innovation.Work Environment:- This is an on-site, full-time position, requiring regular interaction with the team and participation in collaborative sessions.
