Job DescriptionReview the organization’s vision and mission with the leadership team, and coordinate the implementation of the resulting changes in accordance with the direct supervisor’s instructions . Develop the organization’s strategic planning policies, methodologies, and work procedures . Prepare and evaluate the organization’s strategic plan and the implementation programs arising from it . Develop the key performance indicators related to the strategic plan and periodically measure their results . Develop mechanisms to link the organization’s strategic plan with the implementation plans of its organizational units . Cascade the objectives across the organization’s organizational units and levels to ensure achievement of the strategic plan . Prepare studies on organizational structure development in coordination with the Human Resources Department, and review and develop the guide outlining the duties and responsibilities of organizational units . Provide technical support and advice in the field of strategic planning within the organization .
