Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guest’ needs and expectations.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesPrepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patronsInteract with guest, take orders and serve snacks and drinksAssess guest needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktailsPlan and present bar menuRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceComply with all food and beverage regulationsEncourage a positive working environmentSupports the manager with up-selling featuresHave a thorough working knowledge of all products within the barMaintain a flexible approach to duties and working hours.ExperiencePrevious experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property requiredPre-opening experience is an advantageRequirementProven work experience as BartenderActive listening and effective communication skillsFlexibility to work in shiftsStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environmentShould you believe that you are the right candidate for the role, please apply online ONLY by submitting your full updated CV, featuring a recent photograph.Not the right fit?
