Whether you're seeking excitement, relaxation, or cultural enrichment, we offer something for everyone.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Azure Infrastructure Senior Manager to join our Technology Operations team.The role will be responsible for managing, developing and securing our Microsoft Azure environment, ensuring cloud infrastructure is scalable, resilient and aligned with the organization’s enterprise architecture, technology strategy and information security requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and continuously improve the enterprise Microsoft Azure environment.Lead Azure infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.Design, implement and operate PaaS-based infrastructure on Azure.Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps and DevSecOps practices.Manage Azure services including Virtual Machines, networking, identity, Web Apps, Application Gateway and API Management (APIM).Drive infrastructure automation using Azure DevOps, PowerShell and related tools.Monitor Azure infrastructure performance, availability, security and overall platform health.Manage security alerts, vulnerabilities, incidents and remediation activities.Support enterprise backup, disaster recovery and business continuity requirements.Manage Azure audits, vulnerability assessments and risk remediation.Track Azure consumption, costs, KPIs and infrastructure performance.Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership.Evaluate new cloud technologies and recommend improvements to the Azure environment.Collaborate closely with Information Security, Architecture, Engineering and other technology teams.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.Minimum 7 years of Azure administration / infrastructure experience.Proven experience managing Microsoft Azure solutions in a complex enterprise environment.Strong knowledge of Azure compute, storage, networking, security and identity management.Hands-on experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Virtual Machines, Azure Networking and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, DevSecOps and infrastructure automation.Experience with PowerShell or similar automation tools.Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.Experience managing Azure infrastructure projects.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.CertificationsMandatory:Microsoft Azure certificationDevOps certificationITIL certificationGood to have:Project Management / Agile certificationISO 27001 certification or knowledgeMBAKnowledge of PCI, GDPR, ISO standards and UAE security regulationsShape the Future With UsAt Miral Experiences, we don’t just create world-class destinations - we create unforgettable memories for our guests and remarkable careers for our people.From theme parks and attractions to guest services and behind-the-scenes roles, every member of our team plays a part in delivering exceptional experiences.
