With offices across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Germany, and the Netherlands, PSI offers a dynamic environment and international exposure for real estate professionals.Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Executive role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, and is open to both freshers and experienced agents. The Real Estate Executive will handle property sales and leasing activities, including prospecting, generating leads, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the transaction process. Daily responsibilities include managing listings, maintaining accurate property records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role involves staying updated on market trends, advising clients on real estate opportunities, and supporting marketing efforts for properties and projects. The Real Estate Executive is expected to meet performance targets, follow company policies and compliance standards, and represent PSI professionally in all client and partner interactions.QualificationsStrong understanding of Real Estate markets and practices, with the ability to advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties.Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, including office, retail, and other commercial asset classes, is highly beneficial.Competence in Property Management and Facility Management (FM), including basic awareness of operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.Basic Finance skills related to real estate transactions, pricing, investment returns, and budgeting.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach and professional demeanor.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.Proficiency in MS Office and common real estate CRM or listing platforms; comfort with digital tools and online marketing channels.High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic are an added benefit.
