The team is dedicated to providing seamless service, exceptional attention to detail, and thoughtful hospitality that reflects Rosewood’s luxury standards.As an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will work closely with the In Room Dining leadership and culinary teams to ensure every order is delivered efficiently, professionally, and with genuine care.YOUR ROLEAs an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage experiences directly to guest rooms while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring orders are delivered accurately, amenities are presented impeccably, and guest needs are anticipated and fulfilled with warmth and efficiency.HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACEDeliver food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms with professionalism and attention to detailPrepare and set up trays and trolleys according to Rosewood service standardsEnsure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented impeccably before deliveryMaintain mise en place and operational readiness of the In Room Dining areaCollect used trays, trolleys, and equipment while ensuring inventory is properly accounted forCommunicate guest feedback and service opportunities to supervisors to enhance the guest experienceCOULD THIS BE YOU?You have experience in Food & Beverage service within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environmentYou are passionate about delivering personalized and memorable guest experiencesYou have excellent attention to detail and take pride in presentation and service qualityYou are organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentYou work well independently while remaining a collaborative team playerYou communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantageOUR BENEFITSAs part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work.
