We are seeking a skilled Tooling Maintenance Technician responsible for the repair, maintenance, and improvement of tooling equipment (jigs, fixtures, moulds, and CNC tools). The role ensures efficient production processes and high-quality output.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and repair tooling, fixtures, and CNC equipmentSupport new tooling for product introductionsDiagnose tooling issues and implement repair solutionsOperate machines (lathe, milling, CNC)Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliersMonitor tooling performance and report issuesTrain junior technicians and share knowledgeRequirements:Strong experience in toolmaking (composite experience preferred)Hands-on problem-solving skillsExperience in production environments and tight deadlinesKnowledge of lean manufacturing and 5SAbility to read technical drawingsExperience with machining tools and equipment
