Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Director of Global Influencer Marketing / TikTok & Creator Economy Lead to lead global influencer strategy, creator partnerships, social commerce, and audience growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global influencer, creator, TikTok, and social media growth strategies.Develop creator partnerships, campaigns, content strategies, and social commerce initiatives.Identify and manage influencers, creators, agencies, and strategic platform partners.Drive brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.Monitor campaign performance, audience insights, engagement, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.Develop creator programmes, affiliate strategies, live commerce, and performance-based partnerships.Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, E-commerce, Product, PR, and Regional teams.Lead global creator marketing teams, agencies, and external partners.RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related fields.Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, social media, TikTok, or digital marketing.Strong knowledge of creator partnerships, social commerce, content strategy, performance marketing, and community growth.Strong commercial, analytical, creative, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Experience managing global campaigns, high-profile creators, agencies, and multi-market programmes is preferred.Experience in e-commerce, consumer brands, technology, entertainment, or high-growth businesses is an advantage.
