The company emphasizes professional service, transparent communication, and opportunities for growth for both clients and candidates.Role Description The Rental Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves assisting customers with vehicle rental inquiries, explaining rental options, terms, and pricing, and completing rental agreements accurately. The Rental Sales Agent will greet customers, recommend suitable vehicles based on their needs, handle reservations and walk-in rentals, and manage returns, extensions, and upgrades. Daily tasks include responding to customer questions, processing payments, updating records in the rental system, and ensuring vehicles are presented in a clean and ready condition. The role also includes meeting sales targets, promoting additional services such as insurance or upgrades, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Qualifications Experience in car rental operations, including handling reservations, contracts, and vehicle handoversStrong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on professional and helpful interactionsClear and confident communication skills, including the ability to explain terms and options to diverse customersSales abilities, including upselling services and meeting or exceeding sales targetsBasic computer literacy and experience with POS or reservation systemsAbility to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, including flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays as neededPrevious experience in retail, hospitality, or automotive services is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is a plusProficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is beneficial
