About The RoleKey Responsibilities & Requirements Proven experience managing fast-track architectural projects from Concept through Detailed Design to Tender Stage. * 10+ years of architectural experience, including a minimum of 5 years in the UAE. * Strong experience delivering residential and commercial high-rise developments. * Excellent conceptual and technical design skills, with the ability to take a project from initial concept and develop it into a fully coordinated detailed design package. * Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong knowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination. * Thorough understanding of UAE building codes, regulations and authority approval processes, including DM, DDA and Civil Defence. * Comfortable working within fast-track project environments and managing design development against tight programmes. * Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
