We're Hiring: Buyer | Abu Dhabi, UAEDo you enjoy finding the best deals and making sure everything a busy property needs shows up on time? Join us as a Buyer and keep our operations running smoothly by securing quality goods and services at the most competitive prices.What you'll do:Place orders for goods and services with approved suppliers, following company proceduresSecure the required approvals before issuing purchase ordersFollow up on orders to make sure deliveries arrive on timeNegotiate prices with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to get cost-effective deals without compromising quality or delivery timelines, and submit them to the Assistant Purchase Manager for reviewVisit suppliers when needed (e.g. urgent cash purchases) and build strong working relationshipsFollow company procurement policies and proceduresLog all purchases in the purchasing system for accurate tracking and classificationWhat we're looking for:Bachelor degree.Minimum 3 years of hands-on procurement experienceGood understanding of procurement processesKnowledge of the UAE supplier marketExperience with a procurement ERP systemWhat's in it for you:Competitive payAnnual performance-based bonusComplimentary company lunchWork-life balance: 5-day work week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMFazaa Card
